Roofing services for Northeast Ohio.

Replacement, storm repair, metal, inspections, gutters and emergency tarping. Here’s what each one is, how you know you need it, and how long it really takes.

Roof Replacement

Get a free inspection

A full replacement means we strip your roof to the wood deck, replace any rotted boards, and build it back as a system: ice & water shield at the eaves and valleys, synthetic underlayment, proper intake and exhaust ventilation, new flashing, and the shingle or metal you choose.

Signs you need it

  • Shingles curling, cracking or missing
  • Granules piling up in the gutters
  • Daylight or stains in the attic
  • Roof is 20+ years old

What we do

Inspection and written scope, a firm price, a pulled permit, a clean tear-off, the install, magnet sweep for nails, and a final walkthrough with photos.

Honest timeline

Most homes: 1–2 days on the roof. Scheduling usually runs 1–3 weeks out, longer after a big storm. Metal adds a few days.

Storm Damage Repair

Get a free inspection

Hail bruises shingles and knocks off the granules that protect them. Wind lifts and creases tabs so they stop sealing. Neither always leaks right away, which is why storm damage gets missed until the next storm finds it.

Signs you need it

  • A hailstorm or high-wind event in the last year
  • Dents in gutters, vents or the AC unit
  • Shingles in the yard
  • New leak or ceiling stain

What we do

Drone inspection, photo documentation, a repair-or-replace recommendation in plain English, and help with your insurance claim if the damage qualifies.

Honest timeline

Repairs: often same week. Insurance replacements: the timeline follows your adjuster, usually 2–6 weeks from inspection to new roof.

The forever roof

Standing-Seam Metal Roofing

Price a metal roof

Most people replace an asphalt roof two or three times in a lifetime. A standing-seam steel roof is meant to be the last one you buy. Continuous panels run from ridge to eave, with the fasteners hidden under raised seams so there’s nothing exposed to back out and leak.

50+Year service life commonly cited for standing-seam steel, roughly 2× architectural shingles
1×Roof to buy, instead of a tear-off every 25 years with the landfill, disruption and price increase each time
↓Cooler attic: reflective finishes bounce summer sun instead of soaking it up [FILL: verified savings figure for your product]

Signs it’s right for you

  • You plan to stay 10+ years
  • Second or third replacement on this house
  • Ice dams every winter
  • You want the last roof you ever buy

What we do

Remove the old roof, add a high-temp underlayment, then install factory-formed panels with matching trim, snow guards where needed, and ridge venting.

Honest timeline

Panels are ordered to your measurements, so plan 2–4 weeks lead time, then roughly 3–6 days on the roof for an average home. It costs more upfront, often 2–3× shingles. We’ll show you both prices side by side.

Roof Inspections

Get a free inspection

Our free inspection starts with a 4K drone flight over every slope, followed by a sit-down with the photos. Buying a house, selling one, or just wondering after a storm, you get the truth with pictures attached.

Signs you need it

  • After any hail or major wind event
  • Buying or selling a home
  • Roof is 15+ years old
  • Planning a solar install

What we do

Drone flight, attic check where accessible, and a photo report with what’s fine, what to watch and what needs work now.

Honest timeline

About 30–45 minutes on site. The report usually arrives the same day.

Gutters & Downspouts

Get a free inspection

Gutters are the roof’s exit plan. Undersized or clogged gutters dump water at your foundation and back it up under the first row of shingles, which starts ice dams in the winter.

Signs you need it

  • Overflowing in heavy rain
  • Sagging or pulling away
  • Ice dams along the eaves
  • Water pooling near the foundation

What we do

Seamless gutters formed on site, hidden hangers, properly sized downspouts, and guards if your trees call for them.

Honest timeline

Usually one day. Often done the same week as a roof replacement.

Emergency Tarping

Get a free inspection

When a limb comes through or a storm peels back a section, the first job is keeping water out. Our emergency crew answers 24/7, tarps the opening properly (secured, not just weighted with bricks), and documents everything for your claim.

Signs you need it

  • Visible hole or missing section
  • Active leak during a storm
  • Tree or limb on the roof
  • Exposed underlayment or decking

What we do

Same-day response, a secure tarp, photos of the damage before and after, and a permanent repair plan.

Honest timeline

Call any time. We aim to have the house dried in the same day. [FILL: emergency response time to promise]

The honest pros

    The honest cons

      The warranty, in plain English

If we installed it wrong, we fix it. For as long as you own the house.

Shingle makers warrant the shingles. We warrant the work: flashing, nailing, ventilation, every detail our crew touched. If a leak comes from our installation, we come back and fix it at no charge, for life.

      • Transferable to the next owner. Sell the house and the warranty goes with it. Buyers and their inspectors notice, and it’s a real line item in your listing.
      • No pro-rating, no fine-print clock. Year 2 or year 22, the coverage is the same.
      • In writing, at signing. You get the warranty document before we start, not after. [FILL: warranty terms & registration process]
